10/27/08-Met Santiago from Colombia who was a blessing to us. Meeting him helped us to move forward with adoption and led us to this journey.

10/30/08-Signed Adoption Application and delivered to agency

11/3/08-1st education session

11/22/08-2nd education session

1/15/09-Chose Nepal as our country and program to adopt from

2/18/09-Fingerprint appointment

4/9/09-Received I-171H

4/16/09-Dossier sent to Nepal

4/21/09-Dossier in Nepal with in country representative

4/30/09-Guarantee letter received by in county representative

5/1/09-Dossier delivered to Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare

5/14/09-Dossier registered at the Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare (registration #5095)

1/19/10-Met new counselor, Julie for the first time

3/19/10-Updated Adam Walsh Background Study

3/25/10-Met with Jill to discuss China special needs program

4/7/10-Started to fill out dossier paperwork for CSN program

4/20/10-Updated fingerprints for Nepal/was able to use
these fingerprints for CSN program too and not pay extra money!!

4/28/10-Dropped off I-800A paperwork to Crossroads

4/29/10-I-800A paperwork sent to USCIS

5/3/10-I-800A received at USCIS office

6/16/10-Documents sent to MN offices to be authenticated

6/17/10-Dossier sent to Chinese Consulate in Chicago

7/1/10-Dossier sent to China (DTC)

7/5/10-China receives dossier

7/16/10-Letter of Intent (LOI)

7/21/10-Pre-Approval!!

8/8/10-Still waiting for LOA!! Trying to wait patiently...

9/8/10-I800 Form sent to USCIS

10/1/10-LOA (LSC) ARRIVED! (77 days)

10/4/10-LOA/LSC signed-also filled out our visa forms, the DS230 and are all waiting to go!

10/5/10- I-800 Approval

10/14/10- Cabled

10/18/10-Letter

11/8/10-Article 5

11/23/10-Travel Approval

12/14-12/31/10-Travel

12/19/10-We met Caleb!
